Ashley is a native Pacific Northwesterner and grew up on San Juan Island. She left her island home to go to school in McMinnville, Oregon, and then on to Mesa, Arizona, where she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduation, she lived in Seattle where she completed a two-year residency program in orthopaedics which culminated in a board-certified Orthopaedic Specialty. Fortunately for NWPT, she left the traffic and busy city to join us at our Sedro-Woolley office following this residency.
When Ashley is not in the clinic, she might be found spending time with her husband, visiting family/friends, outdoors, cooking, traveling or playing with her cats.
Stacy has been practicing physical therapy for nine years. She was born and raised in South Seattle and moved to the Skagit valley after she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound. Prior to her career in Physical therapy, she was a professional snowboarder. After a few to many trips to physical therapy for her injuries, she decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy so she could help others return to their passions.
She is happily married and is the mother of two amazing little boys. On her days off, she spends her time outside with her family enjoying all the fun activities the valley has to offer. From hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and biking, she understands the importance of having an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys working with people of all ages and loves providing a fun, educational, and positive road to recovery.

Kevin grew up in Sedro-Woolley and has been with Northwest Physical Therapy since 2001. He started his career in the Mt. Vernon office, and in 2012 he happily joined the Sedro-Woolley crew in his home town. He became interested in physical therapy after tearing his ACL while playing football at Sedro-Woolley High School, and he learned empathy for patients after having to recover from his own sports injuries.
When Kevin is not in the clinic, he can be found spending time with his family, his three boys, working on his home, or hiking with his wife.

I started PT after a car accident. The staff was extremely helpful not just with injuries from the accident, but also other issues that had been bothering me. They are very good at communicating problems and solutions and are friendly to boot. Can’t recommend enough.
Attentive, responsive, pleasant in communication, knowledgeable staff. I got good results in a short time. Thankful to Dr. Andrew for useful information and for a program of exercises.
Doug Free, the manager at Mercer Island Physical Therapy, has a PhD in PT, and is an amazing diagnostic doctor who explains why a specific injury occurred. He also does fabulous work on your body. His entire staff is knowledgeable and excellent therapists.
I saw Anne at 7 weeks post ulnar nerve transposition. I’ve made more progress in 1 week with her than I did in those first 7. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on current research. I’d feel very good about sending my family and friends her way!
Kelly is amazing! I felt very comfortable and she asked all of the right questions, was super friendly, and knows exactly how to help. I always leave feeling so much better, and confident that if I do my exercises, I will heal!
Michelle has been amazing to work with. She quickly diagnosed the root cause of the issues that continued to plague me after recovering from hip replacement surgery that other PT’s (different companies) could not. She listens, is creative, resourceful, and very knowledgeable. Everyone at the clinic is always very professional and interested in our progress.
I have been going to Summit Therapy for a shoulder problem. I’ve made steady progress and have gotten much pain relief. The staff is very friendly and great to work with. I recently had a sudden problem of vertigo. My therapist knew exactly what to do and performed a treatment that stopped the dizziness.
