Skyler Tateishi PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapySkyler graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and minors in both Music and Chemistry. Additionally, he was a scholarship athlete on the Men’s Tennis Team and his senior year was named team captain and awarded ITA All-Academic Team honors. He went on to earn his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington.
Skyler previously worked as a physical therapist for nearly 5 years at Proliance Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in Bellevue before joining RET and enjoys working with a variety of outpatient presentations, including post-op rehabilitation and/or return to sport training. He also works as a part time tennis coach in Kirkland, WA.
In his spare time, he enjoys wakeboarding, biking, rock climbing and watching football. Go Hawks!

Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand TherapistHelen Reilly earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. Prior to that, Helen obtained her Bachelor of Science in International Political Theory from Seattle University.
Helen specializes in hand therapy and is most interested in treating fractures and post-operation injuries.
In her free time, Helen enjoys adventures with her family, baking, and staying active.

Doctor of Physical TherapyCorey is an orthopedic physical therapist and is jazzed to be a part of RET physical therapy. They take pride in being a generalist and is happy to treat anyone who comes through the front door – such as orthopedic conditions like back pain, shoulder, neck, etc. They also treat balance and dizziness, younger adults with injuries from sports, older adults with joint pain, and TMJ. Corey earned their bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University and their Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint. After they graduated, they practiced PT in the triangle area in NC and earned a specialization in dry needling. They’re eager to continue practicing dry needling with RET which only recently became available for physical therapists in WA state.
In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their spouse, their 3-year-old boy, Maryn. They love to get out of the house and go rock climbing, weightlifting, frisbee golfing, and hiking.

Priyanka’s passion for helping people regain mobility and improve their quality of life began in India, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy. She later moved to California to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Loma Linda University, further strengthening her clinical skills and evidence-based approach to patient care.
Now a licensed physical therapist in Washington, Priyanka is excited to serve the Pacific Northwest community. She is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and activity levels move with confidence, recover from injury, and achieve their personal goals. Her treatment philosophy centers on individualized care, patient education, and empowering people to take an active role in their recovery so they can return to the activities they love.
Priyanka has a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports-related injuries. Through her experience working with a rugby team in India, she gained valuable insight into the physical demands of athletics and the importance of injury prevention, performance optimization, and safe return-to-sport progression. Whether working with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals recovering from everyday injuries, she enjoys creating tailored treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs.
Outside the clinic, Priyanka embraces the active lifestyle that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She enjoys exploring Washington’s scenic hiking trails, staying active through badminton, and unwinding with a good book or a great film. She also loves cooking and expressing her creativity through drawing and other artistic pursuits. Her diverse interests help her connect with patients from all walks of life and reinforce her belief in maintaining a balanced, active, and fulfilling lifestyle.

Occupational TherapistRachel completed her Master of Occupational Therapy degree at Eastern Kentucky University. She has experience in geriatric care, injured workers rehabilitation, and now specializes in the hand and upper extremity, both post-operative and nonoperative cases. Her approach to treatment is founded in anatomy and physiology to help affected structures recover, but she emphasizes client values and goals for a holistic approach. Activity modification, ergonomic principles, and self-management strategies are all a part of her therapeutic process. Her primary goal is to help her clients return to participation in the things they love – hands are essential to a meaningful and fulfilling life, and she encourages open communication and collaboration when setting goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys creative hobbies including drawing, singing, and music. She loves to run outside and enjoy the beauty of Seattle’s lakes and parks.

Emily Ekanger MSN, RDN
Registered Dietitian NutritionistEmily earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Community Health at Western Oregon University.
Emily’s passion for nutrition grew from her own experience using food as medicine, which sparked a deep interest in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to practicing medical nutrition therapy, which uses evidence-based nutrition education and behavioral counseling to help prevent and manage a wide range of medical conditions. She identifies as a “non-diet” dietitian and focuses on helping people set individualized long lasting, realistic, and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle goals that fit into everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Emily loves spending time on the trails running, hiking, or backpacking with her husband and their dogs. When she’s not outdoors, she can be found working at the coffee shop she co-owns in downtown Snohomish!

Jack Dougherty PTA
Physical Therapist AssistantJack is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) passionate about motivating patients through personalized treatment planning and helping them achieve their goals. He has experience across the lifespan, with a particular passion for working with young children, while also enjoying treating individuals in later stages of life. His approach emphasizes skilled interventions delivered with effectiveness, compassion, and care.
He graduated from Whatcom College and completed pre-requisites at Bellevue College. During his studies, he worked at an athletic club hosting youth and adult recreational sports programs. His clinical experience includes volunteering as a patient aid at Skagit Valley Hospital, gaining valuable hands-on experience. He also has a background in outpatient sports performance and has worked with children in outpatient neuro-pediatrics.
Jack is local to Snoqualmie Valley, where he grew up, and is now an important member of the RET team, providing physical therapy services to his community. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, playing guitar, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
