Occupational Therapist Rozanni has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University and then a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. After many years of working in other practice settings, Dr. Senanayake realized that she could help even more patients by starting her own practice. So in 2003, she founded Washington Hand Therapy, which quickly grew to four locations. In October 2017 she partnered with RET, a decision that was driven by a strong desire to continue to provide excellent patient care, while remaining as a group of locally owned community clinics. She will continue to share her philosophy of lifelong learning, by making continuing education a priority for herself and her therapists with a strong emphasis on the most current evidence-based research. Her treatments progress the patients through the three-part path to wellness and functional recovery: pain relief, physical rehabilitation, and injury prevention / maintenance.

I was referred to Washington Hand Therapy by my PCP, and I'm glad that he did. Right away they were able to diagnose what was wrong with my wrists and hands and get me started working on fixing it. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I've never felt like I'm not in control of my treatment. I've unfortunately had a lot of experience with PTs and MTs over the last decade and this is by far the best one I've been to.read more

Natalie Allen OTD, OTR/L at Northgate’s/Seattle location has overseen my recovery of three separate surgeries involving both my CMC joints (thumbs-to wrist), wrists, nerve releases up both arms and TOC (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome) and she is spectacular at patient care, treatment and recovery, as well as making custom splints to assist in treatment and recovery. Natalie is kind and cares for her patients and she has an extensive medical background, knowledge and experience. Be prepared to have a lot of fun conversations with her and her staff —also, you had better do the exercises she gives you —she ‘knows’ if you haven’t been. (;read more

I spent several months with some moderate hand pain. When it didn’t go away on its own, my PCP referred me to Washington Hand Therapy and I began seeing Natalie Allen. She has been great! I really enjoy going to my therapy appointments. I am always impressed by her knowledge and willingness to try new things to find the best solution for my specific hand issue. I had never heard of hand therapy and had no idea what to expect, but she put me at ease right away and made a plan for rehabilitation. Her office manager, Beau, is also wonderful and welcoming. It’s such a pleasure to see the two of them first thing in the morning. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone in search of a hand therapist in Seattle - you’ll be in good hands!read more

I would give ten stars if I could! After three hand surgeries, our five year old daughter needed a hand therapist. After a quick google search, we are so thankful to have found Natalie Allen at Washington Hand Therapy! Our daughter loves her weekly Monday therapy sessions with Natalie. Her functionality has improved greatly with the therapy she has received here. We told our daughter's surgeon at Seattle Children's to send all of his patients needing custom splinting and therapy to Natalie going forward. Natalie is thorough, patient and also makes the therapy fun and engaging for the little ones! Natalie is great with adults too. This is the only medical appointment we actually look forward to! After weekly appointments for many months, I highly recommend this office to anyone needing hand splinting, therapy, and wonderful care!read more
