Richard A. Green, PT, DPT, CHT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Rick has been practicing physical therapy and fitness rehabilitation for over 30 years. His patients seek him out for his knowledge and skill in the treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Practicing an integrated approach to physical therapy care, he is dedicated to assisting his patients with achieving pain relief and restoration of function, as well as improving their quality of life through enhancing health awareness, physical fitness, and positive living skills.

Dr. Green enjoys helping people “get their life back”. Whether it is helping someone get back to work, back to sport, working in the garden, or walking their favorite trail, he experiences special joy in being a part of his patient’s healing. To him, they are like family.

Born and raised in Illinois, Rick competed as a two-sport university athlete, achieving national recognition in both. He practiced most of his career in California, where he was a volunteer coach for both high school and club sports. He recently returned from China, where he was the physical therapy director in an international medical clinic. Rick is happily married to his wife, Fataneh. They came to the beautiful Northwest to be closer to family and become part of a strong, vibrant community.
