I started going to RET about 2 weeks ago for tennis elbow. Before I started physical therapy, I could hardly use my arm for anything. It had gotten so bad, just doing the smallest things like pulling off my coat, gave me a very sharp shooting pain down my arm. I can now do a few things without as much pain. It gives me hope that this can be fully resolved without surgery. They were able to get me in within a week of calling. Other places I called had a month waiting list. The staff are all very attentive and caring. I have hypermobility syndrome, so Kris has switched up some of my stretches to better fit my needs. He seems knowledgeable and compassionate. Ben is also knowledgeable and compassionate. They both make sure nothing is hurting me, making sure I'm not over doing it. I am so thankful for RET Physical Therapy at Lake Stevens. Because of them, I have high hopes that I will be able to do everything I could before I got tennis elbow. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for amazing physical therapy.read more

I pulled a muscle in my back and needed physical therapy. I was referred here and had the best experience. The therapists were great and very welcoming. I was able to recover fairly quickly and they gave me exercises, bands and instructions to continue working on strengthening my core, legs and back at home. Highly recommend them!read more
“I have been going to RET for less than two months from a broken heel and L4 vertebrae burst fracture. The treatment that I have received here has been amazing. I pushed thorugh the main and did all that was asked of me here and at home. After two months my back is almost 100% recovered and stronger than even before my accident. My heel has healed and the exercises have strengthened my food to 90%. I am very happy with all the staff and the care I received, I will refer anyone I know to RET! ”-Teddy G.“Two years ago I began to feel pain in my left knee that reached its height when I was hobbling off Mt. Pilchuck in January. I was unable to climb or hike without experiencing sharp pains in my IT band, the fascia that runs from my hip to my knee on the outside of my left leg. I worked with Lauren twice a week for the last two months and am back to climbing, hiking, and walking PAIN FREE! I am not only back to my old self, I fell younger in my joints, hips, knees, and ankles! I haven’t felt so good after a workout since I was in high school. Thank you Lauren for making me feel better! You made it fun too!”-Rocky W.“I badly sprained my hip flexor and was on crutches for one day. After that I started going to Physical Therapy. At first it was hard to even raise my leg, but I got the hang of it. It was so much easier, and I felt so strong after PT. I was to thank my physical therapists that used their time to help me out. I wouldn’t be able to run and play soccer if it wasn’t for your help. Thank you. ”-Kamryn C.“It took me about five years to finally admit that I needed to do something about my hip pain and lack of mobility. I finally went to a surgeon who told me I needed my hips replaced, but first I needed to strengthen my muscles surrounding the hips and lose weight. He prescribed physical and nutrition therapy. After the first visit, I was given a few easy exercises to do on my bed, and I was immediately impressed at how how big of a difference it made! I could move better and some movement (like a pivoting) stopped hurting so much. I got great information from the nutritionist and I started to lose weight. I knew that being in the water made exercise a lot easier and less painful, so I asked to start there. I was soon stronger, and I felt so much better; the rewards for my work were so great. The staff was so supportive and encouraging. My first hip surgery is coming up and thanks to Maya, my physical therapist, and Margret, my nutritionist, I am ready. Pounds lighter and much stronger. These guys improved the quality of my life so much, and I am grateful for that.”-Paula M.
