The personal training program is designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals through safe and effective methods of exercise for health-conscious individuals looking for a better quality of life.
Your first session is a health assessment that will be comprised of a body fat assessment using caliper skin fold measurements, blood pressure readings, circumference measurements, endurance tests and strength, cardiovascular and flexibility testing. Future sessions will include cardiovascular training, muscular conditioning, and flexibility exercises to help work towards achieving your fitness goals.
Personal Training Program involves minimizing the risk for injury through:

Personal Training Packages
*Prices listed per person. Each session is 55 minutes unless stated otherwise.
$60 per session, $550 for 10 sessions
PARTNER TRAINING 2:1
$35 per session, $325 for 10 sessions
GROUP TRAINING, 3 or more
$25 per session, $225 for 10 sessions
HOME WELLNESS TRAINING
includes evaluation, 3 sessions and a take-home pack
30 MINUTE TRAINING
$40 per individual session, $25 per partner session
