- Testimonials -“When I was at my wits end and not sure how I was going to regain my mobility I found North Bend Physical Therapy & Athletic Rehabilitation. I am so impressed with the level of knowledge and how they are able to pass the information along so that I understand. I was given exercises to do at home so that I can continue to improve and be ready for what is planned on my next visit. The care that is displayed during my sessions is reassuring and assures me I am in the proper place to ensure that I have strength and mobility to enjoy an active life.
I started physical therapy in mid June, following ACL repair and a partial knee replacement surgery on my left knee is in late may. Travis and Scott educated me in the fact that it was not going to happen overnight, I needed to be patient, ACL rehab takes longer than knee, so it was going to be a challenge. We would need to push hard to get my muscles stronger and my knee in good shape, but always being careful of my ACL. They were helpful and patient with me as scar tissue pain gave me trouble at times and knew different treatment to help me through that. Also taught me the way I walked, taking bigger strides would help with some of the pain I was having. They always explained where I was and what to expect next, and "Yes" it would stop hurting soon, which it did!! I always looked forward to going to PT even though thats all I did all summer. Thank you for helping me feel like me again. I am back at work and so happy.
On April 20th I was in a low impact auto accident. I saw my doctor who referred me to Sno-Valley PT. After several attempts at making an appointment, my initial appointment was canceled. With that my doctor referred me to North Bend Physical Therapy (NBPT). They got me in right away and assessed my injuries, put a plan together and began the healing and education process. I was so impressed with this holistic approach that I referred my husband who has been in physical therapy for 2 years due to a shoulder injury. He agreed to switch and NBPT got him in right away. He received the same professionalism as I did and within one week had a major incerease in range and mobility. He continues to work with the NBPT team and is making continuous improvement. As for me, the team gave me the ability to work out initial onset issue in an effort to prevent them from turning into bigger issues. I am very satisfied with my program and would recom
