Brandi Eloff, PT, DPT, OCS

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Clinic Director

Brandi graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2015 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she attended the University of Great Falls where she finished her undergraduate degree in Biology, which she began at Clark College.

Brandi’s approach to treatment is a combination of manual techniques, functional exercise and education to enhance outcomes throughout the rehabilitation process. She works well with her team members to address any and all concerns her patients may have, with emphasis on open communication with all parties involved and active participation by her patients. Her goals are the same as her patients’: to return them to their active lifestyles prior to injury.

In addition to patient care, Brandi enjoys her role as Clinic Director and has furthered her education as a Physical Therapist by becoming an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and by earning her ASTYM certification. In addition, she is working towards becoming a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT).

In her spare time, Brandi’s passion is running, which stems from her years of competing in collegiate cross country and track. She also enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking and wakesurfing. She and her husband, Brandon, live in Lakeland Hills with their two mini Australian Shepherds, Kam and Antonio, who accompany them on their adventures.

Hailey Hooper, PT, DPT

 Physical Therapist, Doctor of Physical Therapy Hailey is excited to be a part of the Lakeland Sports and Spine Physical Therapy team.  She specializes in working with patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic injuries and developing a plan of care tailored to the individual needs/desires of each patient.  Hailey enjoys volunteering for different organizations and sharing her passion for physical therapy.  Hailey graduated from West Coast University in Los Angeles in 2017 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  Prior to that she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology, Option in Physiology with a minor in Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach.

Jessica French, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant Jessica is a Pacific Northwest native and first became interested in physical therapy as a patient, rehabilitating from an injury sustained in gymnastics. She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound, and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2013. Jessica has furthered her education by becoming ASTYM certified, as well as skilled proficiency in Mulligan and NAIOMT techniques. Since 2017, Jessica has volunteered with the Alzheimer's Association and is also the Event Chair for the Pierce County Walk to End Alzheimer's, an event she has become very passionate about. In her free time, Jessica she enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling with her Boxer pup.

Joanna Swain, RDN, CD

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Dietitian Joanna graduated from Bastyr University with her baccalaureate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her studies also included a 5th year internship at Bastyr University in a variety of clinical settings. Joanna’s most recent career experience includes over three years at a major medical center where she worked with those facing intensive hospital recovery as well as counseling patients in the hospital’s outpatient clinic serving those with diabetes, heart disease, GI disorders, weight management issues, and general health improvement needs. Joanna is passionate about integrating her clinical expertise with her ability to educate, inspire, and motivate those she is working with to achieve their individual nutrition goals. Joanna enjoys continuing to expand her knowledge of the dynamic area of nutrition, and recently completed the Certificate of Training in Obesity Interventions for Adults. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys cooking, spending time with family and long walks around her home town of West Seattle.

Amanda Ellis, RDN, CD

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Dietitian Amanda graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada where she received her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health majoring in dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship with the Fraser Health Authority in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Following graduation, Amanda worked in acute care, hospital food service management, nutrition counseling and in childhood food literacy before taking the American Dietetic board exam and relocating to Seattle. Amanda uses motivational interviewing and a step wise approach in nutritional counseling to help patients reach and maintain their goals in a manner consistent with their lifestyle. In her spare time Amanda enjoys showing horses, running, travelling Europe and spending time with her Pomeranians Austin and Tesla.

I have really enjoyed getting to know the staff at Lakeland Sports and Spine while my daughter received treatment for ACL reconstruction. Everyone is very friendly and fun to interact with while still being very knowledgeable and professional.
