At Crossroads Bellevue Physical Therapy, your Physical Therapist will create an individual therapy program that is specifically developed for you based on a complete evaluation of your condition. Our rehabilitation philosophy is to promote healing through a combination of exercise and manual therapy, as well as to educate our patients in injury prevention, body mechanics and self-help techniques. We aim to provide you with the best physical therapy experience in Bellevue.

We work with each individual Bellevue physical therapy patient and their physicians to design a treatment program that fits their lifestyle to ensure that our patients have the best possible outcome. The ultimate goal is for you to return to normal activities of daily living, work and participation in sports or recreational activities. Our treatment approach first focuses on decreasing pain, edema and muscle guarding to improve joint motion.

As you improve, your exercise program will progress to fit your needs for coordination, balance, endurance and strength training. You can expect your physical therapy experience to be unique, one on one and allow you to meet your individual goals. We are able to assist you with transitioning from exercise for rehabilitation to exercise for health maintenance, cardiovascular improvement, return to work and/or enhanced athletic performance.

After having my left shoulder replaced I sought out a good physical therapist. Crossroads Physical Therapy was close to my home so I gave it a t try. After my first session with Patrick Toy, I knew I was in the right place. As a result, my shoulder is better than ever. I'm now out golfing without any pain. At my age, 73, I couldn't be more thankful for the help Patrick gave to me. I've now retired to Palm Springs the golfing mecca of southern California.read more

Reina and Stephen are very professional and knowledgeable. I mostly worked with Reina and she always took the time to completely understand the problems I was having and design the excercises targeted to those issues. She fixed my ankle, figer, lower back, and golfer's elbow in about 2 months. Very impressive!read more

Patrick Toy and his team have been phenomenal the past few months. They took me from two right bicep surgeries to complete pain free range of motion and strength. I actually looked forward to coming in as the culture there is so warm, friendly, and fun. They also work you toward healing and wholeness at just the right pace. I almost feel like I wish I still needed help. I am going to miss them.read more
