At Burien Physical Therapy, your Physical Therapist will create an individual therapy program that is specifically developed for you based on a complete evaluation of your condition. Our rehabilitation philosophy is to promote healing through a combination of exercise and manual therapy, as well as to educate our patients in injury prevention, body mechanics and self-help techniques. We aim to provide you with the best physical therapy experience in Burien.
We work with each individual patient and their physicians to design a treatment program that fits their lifestyle to ensure that our patients have the best possible outcome. The ultimate goal is for you to return to normal activities of daily living, work and participation in sports or recreational activities. Our treatment approach first focuses on decreasing pain, edema and muscle guarding to improve joint motion.
As you improve, your exercise program will progress to fit your needs for coordination, balance, endurance and strength training. You can expect your physical therapy experience to be unique, one on one and allow you to meet your individual goals. We are able to assist you with transitioning from exercise for rehabilitation to exercise for health maintenance, cardiovascular improvement, return to work and/or enhanced athletic performance.

My experience at Burien Physical Therapy was great! I had a foot/ankle injury and was told by my doctor I needed physical therapy. I had a few choices and I am glad I decided on BPT. I had the chance to work with everyone there & they are all very nice, knowledgeable & professional - from their front desk to the physical therapists. Each PT explained how every exercise & stretch they have you do will help you get back on track. I even had some existing issues & they helped with those as well. I would definitely recommend them!read more
