Andelee Baker has worked as a Physical Therapist for more than 25 years with experience in most settings involving Physical Therapy. Ande earned her certification as a Hand Therapist in 1994 and since that time, most of her clinical practice has involved treatment of hand and upper extremity dysfunctions.
Ande is skilled in the fabrication of custom orthoses (braces/splints) or selection of prefabricated devices as part of the management of post-surgical conditions and other non-surgical injuries. She has knowledge and expertise in the rehabilitation of upper extremity conditions affecting the shoulder to the fingertips. She especially enjoys functioning as an educator teaching at university and community college level, interacting with students in the clinic and providing mentorship to peers as well as helping patients on a daily basis to understand their condition and their role in maximizing their recovery.
