Since we are celebrating our partners and friends this month, we also wanted to share some creative activities or dates to celebrate Valentine’s Day this month. You don’t need to be forced into eating all the candy and spending too much money at a fancy restaurant. Read below for some new ideas.

Rock Climbing

It’s a tough full-body workout, but it is also great for communication with your partner. Try an indoor rock wall around town and look for a Groupon or introductory special.

Doubles Tennis

Do you and your partner love competition? Find some active friends and head to the tennis court. You’ll encourage each other, work together all while getting an excellent full body workout.

Sign up for a Race

There will be plenty of Valentine’s day fun runs this month. Sign up for a race, train together and celebrate when it’s all done. Themed runs are always fun, and will have plenty of food and entertainment at the finish line!

Bike Ride

Get some fresh air outside and make your course as challenging or as leisurely as you like. Cycling is a great cardiovascular workout, low impact, and the best way to explore your city.

Couples Massage

Rest is also an important component of any workout routine. Set aside some time to take it easy together like scheduling a massage. It’ll give you some time to yourselves without the regular distractions (ie: cellphones).
