I started going to RET about 2 weeks ago for tennis elbow. Before I started physical therapy, I could hardly use my arm for anything. It had gotten so bad, just doing the smallest things like pulling off my coat, gave me a very sharp shooting pain down my arm. I can now do a few things without as much pain. It gives me hope that this can be fully resolved without surgery. They were able to get me in within a week of calling. Other places I called had a month waiting list. The staff are all very attentive and caring. I have hypermobility syndrome, so Kris has switched up some of my stretches to better fit my needs. He seems knowledgeable and compassionate. Ben is also knowledgeable and compassionate. They both make sure nothing is hurting me, making sure I'm not over doing it. I am so thankful for RET Physical Therapy at Lake Stevens. Because of them, I have high hopes that I will be able to do everything I could before I got tennis elbow. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for amazing physical therapy.read more

I pulled a muscle in my back and needed physical therapy. I was referred here and had the best experience. The therapists were great and very welcoming. I was able to recover fairly quickly and they gave me exercises, bands and instructions to continue working on strengthening my core, legs and back at home. Highly recommend them!read more
“After my total hip replacement surgery I began my PT with RET Reaction Physical Therapy in Lake Stevens. When lying on my side I couldn’t raise my left leg an inch from my right leg! With the help of Kelcie, Kris, and the entire staff I’m doing great. I’m now going to the Team Fitness Gym to get in better health as well. Thanks to my PT, I get stronger every day! The entire team at RET was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Thanks for everything.”-Mike G.“I have been going to RET for less than two months from a broken heel and L4 vertebrae burst fracture. The treatment that I have received here has been amazing. I pushed thorugh the main and did all that was asked of me here and at home. After two months my back is almost 100% recovered and stronger than even before my accident. My heel has healed and the exercises have strengthened my food to 90%. I am very happy with all the staff and the care I received, I will refer anyone I know to RET! ”-Teddy G.“When I came to RET I was totally nonfunctional, unless you count laying on the sofa. Through hard work I have consistently come from 37% to 83% functionality upon graduating. I have been to several rehabs during my six years of needing it, but RET is completely different. They not only have great therapists that know their business, but they get to know their patients. Thanks again RET.”-Judi O.“Two years ago I began to feel pain in my left knee that reached its height when I was hobbling off Mt. Pilchuck in January. I was unable to climb or hike without experiencing sharp pains in my IT band, the fascia that runs from my hip to my knee on the outside of my left leg. I worked with Lauren twice a week for the last two months and am back to climbing, hiking, and walking PAIN FREE! I am not only back to my old self, I fell younger in my joints, hips, knees, and ankles! I haven’t felt so good after a workout since I was in high school. Thank you Lauren for making me feel better! You made it fun too!”-Rocky W.
