Sara A. Blankenship, DPT

Physical Therapist

Sara graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on pre-physical therapy. She then moved from Northern California to Tacoma, WA, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Puget Sound. Sara has experience in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, as well as pediatric and oncology settings. In addition to her time at RET, Sara works at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Health Center in Tacoma. She has special interest in knee and ankle rehabilitation, as well as patients who have or had cancer, and plans to pursue wound care certification. In her spare time, Sara enjoys hiking, white water kayaking, and running.
